Nutty Pear Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Baby spinach | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pear | 1 Large, thinly sliced | |
| Pecans | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| Cherries | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), dried | |
| Blue cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Balsamic vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the spinach, pear, pecans, cherries and blue cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar, soy sauce, honey, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
Gradually whisk in the oil.
Pour over salad and toss to coat.
