Nutty Maple Granola Recipe Video
The Natural Princess indulges in her sweet tooth and makes some nutty maple granola. It's snack time.

Things You Will Need
1. A large rimmed cookie sheet or baking pan2. A sheet of foil to cover the baking pan
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Chop the nuts and dried fruits and keep them separately in two different bowls.
2. Take a large baking pan or a cookie sheet lined with foil and set aside.
3. Pre-heat the oven to 250 F.
MAKING
4. In a large bowl add chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds, raw sunflower seeds and old fashioned rolled oats. Using a spoon toss it well to combine.
5. In another bowl, combine the vegetable oil and the maple syrup. Whisk to combine.
6. Pour the whisked oil and syrup into the bowl of nuts and seeds. Mix to combine well.
7. Pour the syrup and nut mixture into the lined baking pan or cookie sheet. Spread it out so that everything gets nicely and evenly toasted.
8. Put the baking pan into a oven at 250 F for about 60 minutes. Make sure to check every 15 minutes and stir it a little.
9. After an hour pull the pan out of the oven and let the granola cool for about 5 minutes.
10.Take a large bowl with the dried fruits such as dried cranberries, apricots and figs and add the cooled oats and nuts mix to the dried fruits. Using a spoon mix to combine well.
SERVING
11. Serve with some vanilla yogurt.
