Nutty Fudge Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Ricotta cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2/3 cup sweet chocolate chips | ||
| 2 tbsp orange peel 6 crepes | ||
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
Directions
If using a conventional oven, preheat to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a bowl, beat cream cheese 2 minutes.
Fold in Ricotta cheese.
Add chocolate chips and orange peel.
Spoon over each crepe.
Fold crepes in four.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Transfer to a cookie sheet.
Cook in microwave oven 2 minutes on HIGH, or 5 minutes in conventional oven.
