1.Cover a small plate with paper towel.
2. In two separate pans, boil about 1.5 cup of water in each, place the broccoli in one and cauliflower in the other. Allow to boil for 6-8 minutes.Drain the excess water.
3. In a skillet, heat the margarine and saute the almond slices for 30 seconds. Transfer to the plate covered with paper towel.
4. Place the place broccoli and cauliflower in individual serving dish, top it with a spoon of cheese sauce and garnish with almond slices.
