Nutty Beef Casserole With Spanish Peanuts Recipe

 Ground beef1 1/2 Pound
 Onion1 Large, chopped
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Basil leaf1/2 Teaspoon
 Green pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1/2 cup pimento stuffed olives
 Mushroom1 Can (10oz), drained
 Cheddar Cheese1/2 Can (10oz), condensed
 1/2 cup salted Spanish peanuts, if desired

Directions

Crumble ground beef in 2-quart glass casserole.
Stir in onion.
Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for 6 minutes.
Drain and stir in remaining ingredients except salted nuts; recover.
Microwave on low for 6 to 8 minutes or until hot.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Sprinkle nuts on top and serve.
