Nutty Apricot Jam Recipe
Ingredients
8 cups apricots, pitted, in pieces
4 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
In a large saucepan, mix all ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Let mixture boil uncovered around 10 minutes or until thickened to a jam.
