Ingredients

 
1 roasted red pepper
 
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
 
1large garlic clove, minced
 
1 Tbsp lemon juice
 
1 tsp ground cumin
 
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
 
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
 
1/4 cup canola oil

Directions

In a food processor, combine roasted red pepper, bread crumbs, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, red pepper flakes and pecans.
With processor running, slowly add in canola oil until smooth.
If consistency is too thick, slowly add more canola oil for a smooth constituency.
Keep refrigerated.
Serve dip with bread, veggies, chicken or pasta.
