Ingredients...one banana, one orange, frozen pineapple, 1 Tbsp flax seed, water and as many handfuls of baby spinach as you can handle. If the green colour is too scary at first replace the pineapple with frozen blueberries and enjoy!!

MAKING
1) Take a blender and add 1 orange, 1 tablespoon of flaxseed, 1 banana and one big piece of frozen pineapple.
2) Add 1 cup or more of baby spinach.
3) Add little water and blend them all.
SERVING
4) Serve the smoothie in a serving glass.
