Nut Pate with Tahini Recipe Video

Nut pate is a very delicious snack. Whenever some guests are coming to your house, you can make this dish in a very less time.

Ingredients

 
1 cup almonds
 
1 cup sunflower seeds
 
2 scallions
 
Stalk of celery
 
Salt
 
Garlic
 
Apple vinegar or fresh lemon juice
 
Tahini

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a blender and add little water. Blend them properly.
Take a nori sheet and spread the dip on it. Add some vegetables and sprouts on the top of the dip.
Apply some water at the edge of the nori sheet and wrap it. Cut it into two halves.
Keep the wraps on a plate.
Your delicious pate is ready.

You can also dehydrate the wrapped dip in a dehydrator.
Spread the wraps on the dehydrator sheet and apply some dip at the top. You can sprinkle sunflower seeds at the top.
Dehydrate for overnight. It will become crunchy and really delicious.

Nori is made from a sea vegetable. This is what they use to make sushi. But feel free to use any kind of 'wrap' such as collard greens or spread nut pate on romaine leaves.
