Nut Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients
| Nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole wheat bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Soy flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Wheat germ | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Nutritional yeast | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk powder | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pinch of nutmeg, ground | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients; Blend thoroughly.
If mixture is too loose, bind with more milk powder.
Form into balls the size of walnuts.
Drop into pot of simmering soup or stew.
Cover tightly.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
