Nut Cookies (Dolce Di Noci) Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup (250 g) butter oil margarine
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups sifted flour
1 lb (500 g) chopped nuts
Directions
Cream together butter or margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Ad d eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Stir in sifted flour and nuts.
Shape into small rolls the size of a finger and place on a greased cookie tin.
Bake in a 350°F (180°C) oven for about 10-15 minutes.
