| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Milk | 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) | |
| Shortening | 4 Tablespoon, melted |

Directions
Add nuts.
Combine egg, milk and shortening.
Make well in dry ingredients, and add egg mixture.
Stir quickly until flour is absorbed.
Scrape into greased 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan, and bake 50â€â€60 minutes at 350°F.
Makes 1 loaf.
