Nut Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
2 tbsp (30 ml) slivered almonds
1 tbsp (15 ml) crushed hazelnuts
3/4 cup (180 ml) peanut oil
1 tsp (5 ml) walnut oil
1/3 cup (80 ml) champagne vinegar
1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
Directions
– In a skillet, melt butter and saute almonds and hazelnuts until golden. Let stand to cool. Add other ingredients, and mix well.
