Nut Apple Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons sunflower seed kernels | ||
| Sesame seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons unblanched almonds | ||
| Hazelnuts | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pumpkin seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Wheat germ | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons date sugar or brown sugar | ||
| Apples | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), dried | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
1. In a hand grinder or food processor, grind the sunflower seed kernels, sesame seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, and pumpkin seeds. Stir in the wheat germ and date sugar.
2. Grind the apples until fine in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Add with raisins to nut mixture. Mix well.
