 2 tablespoons sunflower seed kernels
 Sesame seeds2 Tablespoon
 2 tablespoons unblanched almonds
 Hazelnuts2 Tablespoon
 Pumpkin seeds2 Tablespoon
 Wheat germ2 Tablespoon
 2 tablespoons date sugar or brown sugar
 Apples1/2 Cup (16 tbs), dried
 Raisins1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk

Directions

1. In a hand grinder or food processor, grind the sunflower seed kernels, sesame seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, and pumpkin seeds. Stir in the wheat germ and date sugar.
2. Grind the apples until fine in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Add with raisins to nut mixture. Mix well.
