Nut and Cheese Filled Fruits Recipe
Ingredients
| Package cream cheese | 1 Small, softened | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dry sherry | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped nuts | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lichee | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Parsley sprigs | ||
Directions
Beat together cream cheese, salt, and Sherry until creamy and well blended.
Stir in nuts.
Fill each lichee nut with about 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture.
Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled or until next day.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
