Ingredients

 Asian fish sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lime juice2 Tablespoon
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), finley minced
 Red peppers2 Small, minced
 1 to 2 tablespoons Vietnamese Pickled Julienne of Vegetables

Directions

In a medium-size bowl, combine all ingredients except Vietnamese Pickled Julienne of Vegetables.
Let stand 30 minutes or longer for flavors to blend.
Strain sauce into a small bowl, if desired.
Stir in pickled vegetables.
Tightly cover and refrigerate leftover sauce.
