Nuoc Cham Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons sugar | ||
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm) | |
| Dried chilies | 4 | |
| Juice and pulp of 1/4 lime | ||
| Water | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Fish sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine sugar, garlic and chilies in mortar and pound into paste (or mash with back of spoon in mixing bowl).
Add lime juice and pulp and continue blending until well mixed.
Add water and fish sauce and mix thoroughly.
