Noodles With Three Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 cups (12 ounces) Nudels, uncooked | ||
| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Swiss Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 3 cups Thin White Sauce | ||
Directions
Cook Nudels according to package directions; drain.
Toss with butter and Parmesan cheese.
Add Swiss and mozzarella cheeses; toss lightly.
Turn half of noodle mixture into buttered shallow 3-quart baking dish; top with half of white sauce.
Repeat layers.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese or bread, crumbs on top, if desired.
Bake at 350° 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
