Chocolate Surprise Cake Recipe Video

Ingredients

 
3 medium sized ripe avocados
 
150 grams softened butter
 
400 grams activated pecans
 
250 grams soaked dates
 
150 grams soaked figs
 
300 grams cacao (I said 500 grams, less is fine)
 
the juice & rind of 1 orange

Directions

Take the cacao, butter, fig and dates in a blender and blend.

Scrape the paste and put in a flan. Regrigerate it for 2-3 hours.

For the filling take 250 grams of cocoa butter and melt it.

In a food processor take the scooped out avocadoes, juice of 2 orange and rind of 1.

Next add 500 grams cacao to the cocoa butter, whisk.

Add a little bit of date juice to thin up the mixture.

Heat it up a little.

Pour the chocolate mixure into the food processor.

Add a little bit of fig juice and mix it together.

Get the flan out and spread the chocolate mousse over it.

Freeze and take it out just before serving.

Cut and serve.
