Not Too Sweet Chocolate Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

 
3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
 
1 tsp flour
 
1 1/2 cup skim milk
 
2 tsp butter or margarine
 
3 tsp sugar substitute
 
1 tsp vanilla extract
 
1/2 tsp butter extract

Directions

Combine the cocoa powder and flour in the top of a double boiler.
Add the milk.
Stir until free of lumps.
Cook over boiling water, stirring until thick and smooth.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the butter.
Cool for 15 minutes.
Stir in the sugar substitute, vanilla extract, and butter extract.
