GETTING READY
1. Finely chop the ginger, carrots, baby carrots, celery and the scallions.

2. In a food processor blend the cauliflower, and then in a large mixing bowl mix the cauliflower, carrots, celery, ginger, frozen peas and scallions.
3. Add the sesame oil and Soya sauce and mix well.

SERVING
4. Serve the fried rice along with some soy sauce if you like.
