 Fillets of muskellunge (or any member of the pike family)- 4 to 6
 Butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 Light cream, enough to cover fish
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 425° F

MAKING
2. Arrange fillets in a single layer in a greased baking dish add salt and pepper to taste
3. Pour melted butter and cream over fish and bake at 425° F 10 minutes per inch of thickness

SERVING
4. Serve with a sauce of your choice
