Ingredients

 Fresh spinach - 1 bunch, rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces
 Fresh mushrooms - 1-1/2 cups,sliced
 Mild blue cheese - 1/4 cup, crumbled
 Green onions2
 Hazelnuts1/2
 Raspberry vinaigrette (or use any favourite vinaigrette dressing)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, mushrooms, blue cheese, green onions and hazelnuts.
2) Put the spinach mixture aside.
3) Just before serving, pour the desired vinaigrette dressing over spinach mixture.

SERVING
4) Toss to combine and coat well before serving.
