Norfolk Oysters Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 c. hot boiled rice | ||
| Oysters | 1 Pint, drained | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | ||
| 1 c. buttered cracker crumbs | ||
| Oyster | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Spread half the rice in greased baking dish; cover with half the oysters.
Add flour to oyster stew; mix- ing well.
Pour half the stew over rice and oysters.
Dot with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Re- peat, using remaining ingredients.
Cover with crumbs.
Bake in 375-degree oven for 30 minutes.
