 Eggs3
 1 chicken, boiled and shredded
 Carrots1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Capsicums2 , shredded
 Oil1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame paste1 Tablespoon (For Sauce:-)
 Salad oil2 Tablespoon (For Sauce:-)
 Salt1 Teaspoon (For Sauce:-)
 Wine1 Tablespoon (For Sauce:-)
 2 tbsps. soya sauce
 Vinegar3 Teaspoon (For Sauce:-)
 Sugar2 Teaspoon (For Sauce:-)
 Sesame paste2 Tablespoon (For Sauce:-)
 Tabasco1/2 Teaspoon (For Sauce:-)
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For Sauce:-)

Directions

Cook noodles in boiling salted water.
Wash and drain.
Let it dry.
Beat eggs and make egg omelettes.
Cut into thin strips.
Heat oil and saute chicken and vegetables.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together with water and boil.
Add sauted chicken and vegetables.
Mix well.
Place the noodles in a plate and pour over the sauce mixture.
Garnish with cut egg strips.
Serve hot with vegetable or meat dish.
VEGETARIAN VERSION:
Omit eggs.
Use boiled, shredded soya nuggets or shredded vegetarian chicken instead of chicken and follow the recipe as directed above.
