Noodles With Chicken Broth Recipe
Ingredients
| 125 Chinese egg noodles, cooked | ||
| 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken meat | ||
| Cooked ham slice | 2 , shredded | |
| 3 cups chicken broth or stock | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 4 green shallots, shredded | ||
Directions
Place cooked noodles in heated serving bowl. Arrange chicken and ham on top of noodles. Heat broth, adding salt, pepper and soy sauce. Pour hot broth over noodles, top with shallots and serve ho
