Ingredients

| Peanut oil | ||
| Cooked chicken | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons roast lean pork | ||
| 1 1/2 tablespoons cooked prawns | ||
| Bamboo shoots | 1 Tablespoon, canned | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 medium-sized onion | ||
| Carrot | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Bean sprouts | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken stock | 1/4 Pint | |
| Tiny pinch pepper | ||
| Pinch each salt, sugar and Ve-Tsin | ||
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 small teaspoon cornflour | ||
| Cold water | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Drop the noodles into boiling water and boil for 4-5 minutes.
Drain well.
Sprinkle with a drop or two of oil to prevent them sticking together.
Cut the meats, bamboo shoots, pepper, onion and carrot into thin strips.
Pick over the bean sprouts.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a frying-pan.
Add the noodles and turn them over and over in it, adding a little more oil, if necessary.
Add the vegetables and turn them over and over.
Add the stock, seasonings, chicken, pork and prawns and mix all together.
Add the soy sauce.
Finally, blend the cornflour with the water, stir it into the boiling mixture and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
