Noodles Romanoff Recipe
Ingredients
| Noodles package | 1 | |
| Cream | 1 Carton (1l) | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Carton (1l) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Cook noodles in boiling salted water in a kettle, drain; return to kettle.
2. Stir in the cottage cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce; spoon into a 6-cup baking dish.
3. Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 30 minutes, or until hot. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if you wish.
