| Broad egg noodles 8 oz. | ||
| Water | 2 1/2 Quart | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green onions | 8 | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cheddar or Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated, medium | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 350°F (180°C).
MAKING
2) In a large saucepan boil water. Add noodles, cooking oil and first amount of salt and cook for
5 to 7 minutes.
3) Drain out from water.
4) Put back noodles into the pot.
5) Add the next 8 ingredients and mix.
6) Stir in the noodles.
7) Grease a 2 quart (2.5 L) casserole.
8) Sprinkle cheese over it.
9) Bake in oven for about 30 minutes.
SERVING
10) Serve hot, straight out of the oven.
