Baked Noodles Romanoff Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg noodles package | 1 | |
| Boiling salted water | ||
| 1 cup large curd cottage cheese | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), mashed | |
| Worcestershire | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1/4 teaspoon liquid hot-pepper seasoning | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until just tender; drain.
Combine noodles with cottage cheese, garlic, Worcestershire, sour cream, onion, and liquid hot-pepper seasoning.
Turn into a buttered casserole; sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
Bake, uncovered, in a moderate oven (350°) for 25 minutes, or until heated through.
Makes 8 servings.
