Classic Noodles Romanoff Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (8 oz.) egg noodles
Boiling salted water
1 1/2 cups large curd cottage cheese
1 clove garlic, minced or mashed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/2 pint (1 cup) commercial sour cream
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain.
Combine cooked noodles, cottage cheese, garlic, Worcestershire, sour cream, green onions, and Tabasco.
Turn into a buttered casserole; sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
Bake in a moderate oven (350°) for 25 minutes
