Noodles n Soup With Roast Pork Recipe

I served this Noodles n Soup With Roast Pork just before a heavy Chinese meal I prepared. And people did not know whether they liked this Noodles n Soup With Roast Pork or the meal better. It turned out that good!

Ingredients

 
1/4 pound egg noodles
 
1/4 pound roast pork
 
6 cups stock
 
1/4 pound preserved cabbage
 
1/2 cup cooked shrimp

Directions

1. Parboil noodles and keep warm.
2. Shred roast pork. Rinse preserved cabbage; then squeeze dry and shred.
3. Bring stock to a boil. Add pork, cabbage and shrimp; cook only to heat through.
4. Transfer noodles to a large tureen or to individual soup bowls. Pour soup and its ingredients over noodles and serve.
