Ingredients
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Velveeta cheese | 8 Ounce, Processed | |
| Light cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green chilies | 4 Ounce, chopped | |
| Pimiento | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Broad egg noodles-1 lb. | ||
| Water | 4 Quart | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a medium saucepan heat some water. Cook green pepper until tender-crisp.
2) Drain out from water.
3) Stir in the next 5 ingredients to green pepper.
4) Gently heat to melt the cheese.
5) In a Dutch oven boil water. Add noodles, cooking oil and salt and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
6) Drain out from water.
7) Add the sauce.
8) Toss to combine.
SERVING
9) Serve immediately.
