Noodles Bolognese Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups noodles, cooked and drained | ||
| Lean ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| 4 green onions, including tops, chopped | ||
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup small curd cottage cheese | ||
| 1 cup grated Cheddar or finely diced American process cheese | ||
Directions
Crumble beef into 2-quart casserole.
Mix in onion.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add tomato sauce, salts and pepper.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH.
Combine noodles, sour cream and cottage cheese.
Layer one third noodle mixture and one third sauce in 3-quart casserole.
Repeat layers.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 12 MINUTES on '8'.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Let stand 3 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Garnish with parslev springs.
Mix in onion.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add tomato sauce, salts and pepper.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH.
Combine noodles, sour cream and cottage cheese.
