 Butter6 Tablespoon
 Mushrooms1 pound, thinly sliced
 1 tablespoon of chopped broadleaf parsley
 1/2 pound of noodles, cooked very al dente, drained
 3 tablespoons of fine breadcrumbs
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In a saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter, and saute the mushrooms for 6 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper; stir in the parsley.
Butter a casserole; alternate layers of mushrooms and noodles, ending with noodles.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, fleck with the remaining butter; bake, uncovered, in a preheated 375-degree oven for 15 minutes, or until golden.
