Noodles And Meat Recipe
Ingredients
| Raw Pork- 1 pound or Chicken Breast- 1no, cut in juliennes | ||
| Oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Chinese Cabbage | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Celery | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Bean sprouts | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken broth | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fine Noodles- 3 cups, cooked and drained | ||
| Scallions | 1 , chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a deep skillet, heat the oil and sauté the meat 5 minutes.
2) Add the salt, pepper, cabbage, celery, bean sprouts, soy sauce and sugar.
3) Mix well, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
FINALIZING
4) In a bowl, mix together the cornstarch and broth.
5) Stir the cornstarch into the meat mixture until thickened.
6) Add the noodles, heat and mix lightly.
SERVING
7) Serve hot, sprinkled with the scallions.
