Noodles And Meat Recipe

This is a kick ass Noodles And Meat recipe which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my French please. Whenever I have Asian friends visiting, I always prepare dish which is the most savored dish of their cuisine. Dish need only 25 minutes from your cooking time. There is not a single month when I don't serve this yummy Main Dish! Dish gets its taste from cabbage. This is an ideal dish to include in today's menu.

Ingredients

 
Raw Pork- 1 pound or Chicken Breast- 1no, cut in juliennes
 
Oil- 4 tablespoons
 
Salt- 2 teaspoons
 
Pepper- 1/4 teaspoon
 
Chinese Cabbage- 2 cups, sliced
 
Celery- 2 cups, sliced
 
Bean Sprouts- 2 cups
 
Soy Sauce- 4 tablespoons
 
Sugar- 1 teaspoon
 
Cornstarch- 2 tablespoons
 
Chicken Broth- 1 1/2 cups
 
Fine Noodles- 3 cups, cooked and drained
 
Scallions- 3nos, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1) In a deep skillet, heat the oil and sauté the meat 5 minutes.
2) Add the salt, pepper, cabbage, celery, bean sprouts, soy sauce and sugar.
3) Mix well, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

FINALIZING
4) In a bowl, mix together the cornstarch and broth.
5) Stir the cornstarch into the meat mixture until thickened.
6) Add the noodles, heat and mix lightly.

SERVING
7) Serve hot, sprinkled with the scallions.
