Noodle Soup Recipe
Ingredients
2 small bunches spring onions
75 grams (3 oz.) boiled noodles
100 grams (4 oz.) grated cheese
31 teacups milk
2 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop the onions with leaves.
Heat the butter in a vessel and fry the onions for a few minutes.
Add 2 teacups of water and boil for 10 minutes.
Add the hot milk, noodles, salt, pepper and cheese. Serve hot.
