Noodle Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
8 oz. cooked noodles
Corn flake crumbs
Directions
Beat egg yolks until yellow: add butter and sugar.
Beat well.
Add sour cream, cottage cheese and nooles; mix well.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into noodle mixture.
Pour into greased casserole.
Cover with crumbs; dot with additional butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
