Noodle Ring With Caraway Seed Recipe

| Canned tuna | 12 Ounce | |
| Salt | 3⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground thyme | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon |

Directions
Drain and rinse.
Add caraway seed and 1 tablespoon but- ter.
Toss lightly; turn into greased 1 1/2-quart ring mold.
Place in pan of hot water to keep warm.
Melt remaininq butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour; stir in milk.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Drain and flake tuna; add to white sauce.
Add seasonings.
Mix well.
Heat, stirring as little as possible.
Turn noodle ring out on hot platter.
Fill center with creamed tuna.
