Noodle Layer Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| lb. cottage cheese, drained | ||
| Egg yolks | 4 | |
| Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 lb. wide noodles,cooked | ||
| Bread crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Melted butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine cottage cheese, egg yolks, cream, sugar and salt; beat until smooth.
Alternate layers of noodles and cottage cheese mixture in buttered baking dish, starting and ending with noodles.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs; pour butter over crumbs.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
