Noodle-Kraut Casserole Recipe

| Sauerkraut | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed | |
| Caraway seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup cooked enriched noodles | ||
| Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg | 1 Dash | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 4 Ounce, sliced | |
Directions
Combine sauerkraut, caraway seeds and celery salt.
Set aside.
Combine noodles, margarine, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix thoroughly.
Place 3/4 of the sauerkraut in a small casserole.
Cover with noodles.
Arrange cheese over noodles and top with remaining sauerkraut.
Bake at 375° F. for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Mix thoroughly.
