Noodle-Kraut Casserole Recipe

 Sauerkraut1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed
 Caraway seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 Celery salt1/8 Teaspoon
 1 cup cooked enriched noodles
 Margarine1 Tablespoon
 Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg1 Dash
 Shredded Cheddar cheese4 Ounce, sliced

Directions

Combine sauerkraut, caraway seeds and celery salt.
Set aside.
Combine noodles, margarine, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix thoroughly.
Place 3/4 of the sauerkraut in a small casserole.
Cover with noodles.
Arrange cheese over noodles and top with remaining sauerkraut.
Bake at 375° F. for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
