Noodle Soup With Tofu Recipe
Ingredients
| Groundnut oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Bean curd | 125 Gram, smoked | |
| Onions spring | 4 , sliced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Mangetouts | 75 Gram, halved | |
| Chicken stock | 1.2 Liter | |
| Light soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Instant noodles | 50 Gram | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the tofu or bean curd and fry for 2 minutes, turning once. Remove from the wok.
2. Add the spring onions and garlic to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add the mangetouts, stock, soy sauce, sherry, and salt and pepper and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Add the noodles and tofu or bean curd and let stand for 2 minutes before serving, reheating gently if necessary.
