Noodle Pudding Recipe
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked noodles||4 Cup (64 tbs) (7 ounces dry)|
|Fructose||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Tablespoon|

|Green apples||3 Medium, cored and thinly sliced|

|Unsalted butter/Corn oil margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2.On a cookie sheet, place the walnuts.
3.Bake for 8 minutes until walnuts are golden brown.
4.Do not let them get burnt.
5.Mix together the walnuts, cooked noodles and rest of ingredients but butter or margarine.
6.Into a 2 quart casserole baking dish, transfer the mixture.
7.Pour melted butter or margarine evenly over the top.
8.Bake for 45 minutes.
9.Cut into squares and serve warm.
