Microwave Noodle Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg noodles package | 1 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 4 , beaten | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raisins | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
Cook noodles.
In round baking dish, heat butter 1 minute or until melted.
In large bowl, combine butter, remaining ingredients and drained noodles; pour into same round baking dish.
Sprinkle, if desired, with additional cinnamon.
Heat at MEDIUM 17 to 18 1/2 minutes until pudding is set.
Let STAND, covered, with wax paper.
Serve warm or chilled.
