Ingredients

 Whole wheat noodles10 Ounce
 Boiling water3 Quart
 Oil1 Tablespoon
 Eggs4 , beaten
 Melted butter1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Apple1 , chopped
 Nuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 2/3 cup chopped raisins or other dried fruit
 Honey1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Strawberry preserves2 Tablespoon
 Grated rind of 1 lemon
 Lemon juice4 Tablespoon

Directions

Cook noodles in 3 quarts boiling water to which 1 tablespoon oil has been added.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Combine with remaining ingredients and turn into lightly oiled baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
Serve warm or cold.
