Ingredients
| Egg noodles - 8 oz., medium or broad | ||
| Water | 2 1/2 Quart | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| All-purpose flour - 3 tbsp. | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Curry powder - 1 1/2 tsp.) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (Curry powder - 1 1/2 tsp.) | |
| Milk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Curry powder - 1 1/2 tsp.) | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Curry powder - 1 1/2 tsp.) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven hot to 350°F (180°C).
MAKING
2) In a large saucepan or Dutch oven boil water. Add noodles, cooking oil and first amount of salt and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
3) Drain out from water.
4) Put back noodles into the pot.
5) In a medium saucepan melt butter.
6) Stir in flour, curry powder, second amount of salt and pepper.
7) Add milk and cook till thick.
8) Add sour cream and stir.
9) Transfer the sauce to the noodles. Serve now if desired.
10) Grease a 2 quart (2 L) casserole.
11) Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until heated through.

12) Serve hot.
