Noodle Cottage Cheese Pudding Recipe

| 8 ounces wide noodles | ||
| 1 pound dry cottage cheese or pot cheese | ||
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cook and drain noodles.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 -quart casserole and bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) for about 45 minutes.
