Noodle Cheese And Prune Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Skim milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 dried medium prunes, cooked, pitted, and diced | ||
| Artificial sweetener to equal 2 tablespoons sugar | ||
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 3 cups cooked enriched noodles | ||
| Cottage cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a medium bowl combine milk, prunes, sweetener, flour, and cinnamon.
Set aside.
Combine noodles and cottage cheese in a large bowl and transfer to a 10x6x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Pour prune mixture over noodles.
Bake at 375°F.
for about 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
Divide evenly.
