Noodle Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach noodles - 1/2 pound | ||
| Plain low-fat yogurt - 1 cup | ||
| Low-fat cottage cheese - 1 cup | ||
| Raisins soaked in rum - 1/2 cup | ||
| Slivered almonds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.
MAKING
2) Take a saucepan and cook noodles in it. Drain and set aside.
3) Add all the other ingredients and toss nicely.
4) Put the mixture in a casserole and bake for about 20 minutes or until mixture becomes bubbling hot.
SERVING
5) Serve alongside baked ham, if desired.
