Ingredients

 2 tablespoons unrefined oil
 Rice flour1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sea salt1/4 Teaspoon
 1 tablespoon unrefined oil
 Onions2 , sliced
 3 stalks celery, sliced, or 1 cup chopped mushrooms, or vegetables of your choice
 Tamari soy sauce1 Tablespoon (Optional:)
 Chopped parsley

Directions

Heat a large saucepan.
Add the oil and rice flour and saute.
Cool and add the water and the salt and simmer for 30 minutes.
Heat a small skillet.
Add the oil, onions, and celery and saute.
Add them to the soup.
Simmer for 15 more minutes.
Add the tamari if desired, and simmer 5 minutes more.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
