Non Dairy Cream Of Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons unrefined oil | ||
| Rice flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sea salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon unrefined oil | ||
| Onions | 2 , sliced | |
| 3 stalks celery, sliced, or 1 cup chopped mushrooms, or vegetables of your choice | ||
| Tamari soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon (Optional:) | |
| Chopped parsley | ||
Directions
Heat a large saucepan.
Add the oil and rice flour and saute.
Cool and add the water and the salt and simmer for 30 minutes.
Heat a small skillet.
Add the oil, onions, and celery and saute.
Add them to the soup.
Simmer for 15 more minutes.
Add the tamari if desired, and simmer 5 minutes more.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
